Puzzle lamp
Functional description
I did this project because I was looking for a new lampshade for my Ikea lamp. Also because my colleagues asked me why I'd been printing 1/2mm pieces for two days. They were just as bored as I was trying to assemble it. For about 16 hours of printing and 3 hours of assembly, you get this lamp. It can also be bought from Ikea or online, in public markets in South-West Asia.

Functional description
This EEG model is designed to capture mainly alpha and beta waves, which correspond to a relaxed (but awake) and concentrated state respectively. This discrimination makes it possible to build a program whose behavior can be altered depending on which of these two states appears to dominate the EEG wearer. This simple distinction opens the door to a range of applications, from the mind-controlled game of “Pong” proposed by the original EEG designer, to a program to train the user to master his or her level of concentration/relaxation. Charles began his search with an old controller for an educational console he'd bought at a Value Village. After taking it apart and analyzing it (very interesting research that will surely make a good blog post one of these days), he finally decided to go to Abra to get some buttons and a joystick.

Project description
Functional description
Small food molding project. This project was developed for a presentation at Wikicité organized by the Office de la Consultation Publique de Montréal, on February 27 and 28, 2014. A little bothered by always printing cats and owls on our outings, we were looking for something more appropriate. And in the age of 3D, why not print our mayor....and why not mold him in chocolate? And a Belgian one at that.
