A mini me!

3D printers have always intrigued me by their ability to transform digital objects into tangible creations. With this in mind, I wanted to take the experiment a step further by creating a miniature version of myself in the form of a pawn.

To do this, I asked François to digitize me with a 3D scanner, capturing every detail of my silhouette. Then, thanks to a 3D resin printer, I was able to materialize this model into a unique little pawn, faithful to my original shape.

This project, carried out at ÉchoFab, gave me the opportunity to explore the possibilities offered by digital manufacturing and to experiment with the whole process, from scanning to printing. An enriching experience that opens the door to many other creations!
